Psychologist, Educator, & Innovator

Hi! I am a clinical psychologist and educator on a mission to address the multifaceted issues that impact access to high-quality, equitable, and compassionate whole health services.

At the heart of it…

I am a practicing clinical psychologist specializing in working with adults to achieve improved overall health and well-being. Having spent 15 years practicing in healthcare settings, I hold a special interest in working with anyone impacted by the often disjointed, bureaucratic, and burnout-ridden healthcare systems of today — this includes:

  1. Anyone navigating care for themselves or a loved one's health condition/s

  2. Those desiring enhanced services for health promotion and disease prevention

  3. And, any and all healthcare workers that are the often unsung heroes supporting the health and well-being of our communities.

My approach to care values your autonomy and recognizes you as the expert of your life and experiences. I strive to provide the compassionate, non-judgmental, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space that enables us to work collaboratively towards your goals. I am guided by a belief in your resiliency and a commitment to eliciting your unique strengths to help you move and sustain progress towards the life that you value — one of quality, richness, and connection to what matters most to you. I bring authenticity, warmth, a bit of scientific nerdiness, and an anti-oppressive lens. All identities and intersectionalities are welcomed.

My values in action…

  • Collaborative - With your permission, I will coordinate care with members of your health care team.

  • Growth-Oriented - I am an avid learner and commit to staying abreast of the leading science that informs how I approach and personalize care.

  • Daring - I aim to show up authentically, with purpose, and thoughtful intention, across the domains of my life. This includes taking bold steps aligned with my values, thinking outside the box, and innovating (a.k.a., being a disrupter) in the pursuit of change for good.
